I greet you all in the name of our Messiah, Yahshua, Shalom. I humbly thank you all for giving me this opportunity to give this final speech as Youth President.

I greet you all in the name of our Messiah, Yahshua, Shalom. I humbly thank you all for giving me this opportunity to give this final speech as Youth President.

On this occasion, I bid farewell to you after a long and rewarding tenure of service to COGYOK. We thank the Almighty God for His guidance and protection throughout this period. I, in conjunction with the National Office have served for 3 years, a tenure longer than the usual 2 years stipulated in the Youth Constitution. This has largely been due to the Covid 19 pandemic that has wrecked havoc all over the world. We do not take it lightly that you have trusted us with this responsibility for that long. Thank you for believing in us and consistently supporting us in all our programs.

I hail the Clergy, led by our Patron, Rabbi Hezekiah Kuria Karanja, who have been pivotal in our success as an office. I firmly believe that the mentorship and support given has been our driving force that has enabled us to perform at a high class level. I salute our Minister, Pastor Mugoya for his unwavering love towards Cogyok. He has been instrumental in achieving everything that we managed to do. May Elohim bless him abundantly. Special shout out to Youth Coordinator, Elder Kish whose contributions have been immense towards the organisation. I would also like to appreciate my family, the KT's for being with me every step of the way. Special thanks also to my predecessor, President Steve Kamau who has been supportive and helpful to my administration. I can't fail to mention the church as a whole for being very supportive and encouraging towards us. I have made many friends in Cogmea, Mewak, Meso and Meyo, I love and cherish you all, Todah Rabah.

I sincerely thank the various leaders I have had the privilege of working with over the years. May Hashem bless you and make His countenance shine upon you.

My favorite aspect of working as President has been meeting and interacting with most of you at a personal level. My moving about from congregation to congregation has allowed me the opportunity to meet most of you, members of the fraternity. You have been excellent members, very receptive, accommodative and have flowed with every policy that we introduced to you. Together, we have achieved much, albeit there's more we can achieve together.

I have had a profound experience being at the helm of our organisation. My time as President has been full of rich experiences that I could not possibly have had, had you not chosen me to lead you. I have seen the Hand of Eloah at work in every step of the way. My faith in Him has been made manifest and steadfast. I have learnt to trust in Him even in the bleakest situations.

Together we have preached the Good News of our Mashiach through National Friend's Day to many people, more than we could ever have imagined. We have also set up a synagogue at Kathageri, Embu that keeps expanding as the days go by. During our administration, many Mid youth members have joined the senior youth. More and more youth have been baptized within our tenure. We have also had many weddings among the youth, which we do not take lightly. We see it as victory as many children will be born to the church and the ministry will grow exponentially. We have also had many evangelical outings at national, district and village levels. Many vigils and prayer retreats have also been had at all levels. The youth have worked hand in hand with the church at large towards achieving the agenda of our organization, Cogmers. We thank Elohim for making it all possible. We have lived up to the Messiah's words in Mark 16:15, "Go into all the world and proclaim the Good News to every creature." May Elohim bless the work that He started in us.

As I conclude, I wish to state that as I exit the stage of youth leadership, I have no doubt in my mind that the organisation is in good hands. Under the leadership of Evans Githinji,COGYOK has a dynamic national committee. I am confident that the leaders we have selected have what it takes to move the organisation foward. I firmly believe that they will do better than us and take the organisation beyond the stars! We must all work together for the greater good of our organisation.

Finally, I wish all elected leaders all the very best as they serve COGYOK and the church in general. Put El first in everything that you do, He will lead you and make you the very best versions of yourselves.

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU.
