1. What was the standard to which Noah attained in his day? Gen6:8,9 .

     Gen 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 

     Gen 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with          God. 

2. What standard did Adonai demand of Abraham? Gen 17:11.

     Gen 17:11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and      you. 

3. What infers that Enoch had attained perfection? Gen 5:22-25, Heb 11:5.

      Gen 5:22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: 

      Gen 5:23  And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: 

      Gen 5:24  And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

      Heb 11:5  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated    him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 

 4. What does the New Testament say about Zacharias and Elizabeth? Luke 1:5,6.

      Luk 1:5  There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and    his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. 

      Luk 1:6  And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. 

 5. On what condition did Adonai promise to establish Solomon upon the throne of David? 1 kings 9:3-5

      1Ki 9:3  And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have        hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there    perpetually. 

      1Ki 9:4  And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do        according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments: 

      1Ki 9:5 Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel forever, as I promised to David thy father, saying,      There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel. 

6. What is said of those who have attained perfection? Psalms 37:37.

     Psa 37:37  Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. 

7. What instructions were given unto Israel for this attainment? Deut 18:9-13.

    Deu 18:9  When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the     abominations of those nations. 

    Deu 18:10  There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or   that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, 

    Deu  18:11  Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. 

    Deu 18:12  For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD     thy God doth drive them out from before thee. 

    Deu 18:13  Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God. 

8. What was said of the nations of Canaan? Deut 18:14.

    Deu 18:14  For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

9. What requirements were made on Israel verse 14 last part and verse 13.

    But as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

    Deu 18:13  Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God. 

   NOTE: The margin renders ‘’perfect’’ as ‘’upright’’ or ‘’sincere’’. An upright man is one who is sincere and has no desire to do wrong.

10. Whom did our Lord Y’shua set forth as our example of perfection? Mathew 5:48.

     Mat 5:48  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

11. What must the rich do in order to attain perfection? Mathew 19:16-21.

       Mat 19:16  And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I    do, that I may have eternal life? 

      Mat 19:17  And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good?there isnone good but one,that is,God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

      Mat 19:18  He saith unto him, Which? Y’shua said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

     Mat 19:19  Honour thy father andthymother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

     Mat 19:20  The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? 

      Mat 19:21  Y’shua said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come andfollow me.

12. How did the rich man react to this demand? Verse 22

      Mat 19:22  But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. 

13. In a certain parable, how much are we required to sell in order to receive salvation? Mathew 13:45,46.

     Mat 13:45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

     Mat 13:46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
