First and foremost, as we stated earlier, arguing that it was nailed on the cross amounts to claiming that the seed of Israel is no more. It equates to claiming that the generations of Israel are no more. Does revelation 12 now flash in your mind? This struggle of attempting to annihilate both Israel and her generations is championed by the dragon himself. And you understand who the dragon is. Don't you? Well, the dragon waging war on Israel and her progeny is the adversary himself, even HaSatan who deceives the world (revelation 12:9).

Did you know that the narrative of feasts being nailed on the cross and being abolished through the death of Yahshua (Jesus) is actually anti-semitism?
Leviticus 23:41 clearly states that its observance shall endure as long as Israeli generations endure. So the simple question is "are Israeli generations currently continuing from one generation to another? And the simple answer is Yes.
Now with that answer let us re-read the scriptures. Lev 23:39-41 states "....On the fifteenth day of the seventh new moon, when you gather in the fruit of the land, celebrate the festival of יהוה for seven days. On the first day is a rest, and on the eighth day a rest. And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of good trees, branches of palm trees, twigs of leafy trees, and willows of the stream, and shall rejoice before יהוה your Elohim for seven days. And you shall celebrate it as a festival to יהוה for seven days in the year – a law forever in your generations...:
Now if the Israeli generations are still around, and Sukkoth or Feast of Tabernacles shall be as long as the Israeli generations endure, is the feast to be celebrated by believers in Yahshua or not?
And the only reasonable answer that comes to a reasonable person is Yes the feast should be celebrated even after Yahshua's crucifixion.
But you may ask what it's relevance is after Yahshua's crucifixion.
Here, we will endeavour to explain some of the mysteries of Sukkoth and why even those who believe in Yahshua should all the more endeavor to observe it.
Actually, on that note, there is a great reward for those who love the seed of Israel. Yahshua himself classifies the nations into goats and sheep. He says in Mathew 25:31,32, "....And when the Son of Adam comes in His esteem, and all the set-apart messengers with Him, then He shall sit on the throne of His esteem. And all the nations shall be gathered before Him, and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats..." Did you see that the non-Israeli nations are classified as either goats or sheep. What is the difference? Well, same chapter verse 40 explains that he who loves the Master's brethren is a sheep and he who hates the master's brethren is a goat. Who are the master's brethren? Acts 3:23 answers that it is the Israelis!
That aside why should we observe Sukkoth even after the crucifixion of Yahshua?
From Leviticus 23, we learn that the feast of Sukkoth is actually a third feast in a series of feasts that fall on the seventh month of the year of Adonai. From our observation above that the observation of Sukkoth is still with us, and bearing in mind that Hebrews 10 informs that this observation is a shadow of good things to come, let us identify the position of the substance of Sukkoth in this series of future good things to come. On this seventh month the first feast, is the Feast of Blowing the Trumpets. This foreshadows the great awakening of the sons of light when the Trumpet of Adonai, which is ourselves, shall blast a proclamation that Adonai is King forever. It is the event foretold in 1 Thessalonians 4:16. Thereafter, follows a thousand-year period of Yahshua's reign. During this reign, ZekariYah 14:16-19 states that there will be the annual Feast of Sukkoth when the remnants of the nations shall go up to Jerusalem annually to worship the King. Then after the 1000 years, the great Judgement foreshadowed by the second Feast of Atonement shall happen.
It is interesting to note that this judgement shall be very thorough. Yahshua informs us as follows in Mathew 13:41 "....The Son of Adam shall send out His messengers, and they shall gather out of His reign all the stumbling-blocks, and those doing lawlessness..." Did you see that? Yahshua tells us that this shall happen during his Kingship here on earth. He tells us that all those claiming that the Law of God was done away with will be the first culprits to be thrown in the lake of fire. Beware brethren lest you suffer this terrible fate.
In addition, he tells us that not just the apostate who shall be destroyed but also all evil things. It will be an elaborate and incisive undertaking. So meticulous that if we go by the hint of the shadows of the feast that help us proclaim our faith, then it will take half the period between Trumpets and Sukkoth. What do we mean? From the scriptures the Feast of Trumpets falls on 1st day of Ethanim, then Atonement on 10th of the same month, then Sukkoth starts from 15th of the same month. If the millennial reign, which is actually ten multiplied by 100 or 10 to the power of three, as we have illustrated above is foreshadowed by the period between Trumpets and Atonement, then it is hinted through the current shadows that judgement on all tares shall take half the millennial period.
1 Corinthians 15 explains as follows, "....For He has to reign until He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be brought to naught is death..." Revelation 20:14 expounds as follows, "...And Death and She’ol were thrown into the lake of fire."
Brethren, we wish that you understand the grandeur of this future event of 500 years. It is not just judgement that will be taking place: on the contrary, it includes the handing over ceremony that will follow the destruction of death and Sheol. 1 Corinthians 15:28 explains the handing over ceremony as follows, "...And when all are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself shall also be subject to Him who put all under Him, in order that Elohim be all in all."
It is clear from this grand sequence of shadows that contrary to what others teach, that after the crucifixion definite time points no longer count, points in time do matter. We mean you cannot downplay the dimension of time as long as time is with us. It is also clear that even the periods between feasts actually matter. So much so that teaching that you can fix your weekly shabbat on any day, Sukkoth on any day atonement on any day would amount to teaching that there will not be a handing over ceremony when the Son shall hand over to the Father.
As it is clear from the natural as well as scriptures, the shadow persists until the very substance comes to be. Since the above premises prove beyond reasonable doubt that the materialization of judgement is after the millennial reign, then handing over then the eternal Shabbat or Feast of Sukkoth, it is important we understand the moves of the enemy.
Do you understand what the enemy is trying to do when he deceives the masses that we are no longer bound to observe Feasts on specific points in time?
The enemy is simply deceiving Christians and other anti-feast faiths that there will be no resurrection, there will be no judgement, there will be no handing over ceremony and there will be no eternity foreshadowed by the Feast of Sukkoth.
So is it imperative for believers in Yahshua (Jesus) to observe Sukkoth? Yes! When we observe it, we are confessing our faith that we believe in the eternity when the Son hands over the Kingdom to the Father. We are actually commanded to do exactly this in Hebrews 10:23, "....Let us hold fast the confession of our expectation without yielding, for He who promised is trustworthy..."
Shalom!
