COGMERs simply means Church Of God Members. We are Messianic believers who hold the Seventh Day holy as stipulated in Exodus 20:8-11. We have Sabbath service on the seventh day all over the republic. For more info about the location of our various churches click here.

Our Headquarters are located in Eastleigh Section 3, Nairobi, Kenya. To see on Google map, click here. We invite you to attend Sabbath service and learn more with us. We are an all generation group and we accommodate all manner of people. 

Normally our Sabbath service begins at 8:45am with the 3rd hour prayers. Then we have a short morning sermon lasting about 15-20mins. Immediately thereafter, we have Praise and  worship session, then afterwards the small children (age 3-8yrs) will recite Bible verses, poems and other small presentations. We have a session of visions/dreams which is immediately 
followed by congregational prayers. This will pave way for the Bible Lesson and thereafter the Main Sermon of the day. We break for lunch. 

Afternoon session begins with another session of Praise and Worship to be followed by Group presentations (choirs, older children, etc) We shall have another sermon, but this one shall be  about 20mins. People then end the day around 5pm, whereby everyone leaves at thier pleasure. 

Yes there are some wonderful programmes for new comers. Every Sabbath, there are dedicated teachers who shall teach you truths of the Bible, prophecies, and Bible mysteries, etc. We even have dedicated teachers for the various age groups of the children i.e. kindergaten group, Lower primary, Upper primary, Juniour High, etc.

We understand the capabilities of each group follows a certain age group and this is well considered. 

We are organised in 5 main groups i.e. Young Children up until 13yrs. Then we have MEYO (click here) -these are the teenagers up until 18yrs. After that we have COGYOK (click here) who are the youths of the church. This group has only unmarried members both gentlemen and sisters.  After that we have MEWAK (click here). These are the married sisters. COGMEA is now the married men group and the highest of all. Each group has its own leaders drawn from the congregation.
